Complete House Remodel
Converted a 1,700 sqft 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath into a 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath. Every part of this house was gutted, redesigned to achieve the highest level of functionality and livability. 2 walls were removed and beams installed to allow the kitchen to flow openly on one side to the living room and the dining room on the other. Skylights, new oak stair case, master bedroom with an expansive 140 sqft master bath completed the 2nd level. Mahogany front porch with vaulted roof, vinyl rear deck with privacy screens, new vinyl and stone siding, and new roof were the finishing touches on the exterior.

3500 SQFT Ground Up New Build
3500 SQFT new build overlooking Long Island Sound. Black metal roof and black clad aluminum windows compliment the white concrete board siding. 1 ground level deck around the pool, a second story deck sits above the first floor in-law suite, a 2nd second deck that is located above the living room with 12 foot ceilings overlook both the backyard and the sound, and the final of the 4 Ipe decks is located on the 3rd floor of the house. Radiant heated floors, a basement you can swing a golf club in, and a detached pool house/bar complete the property.

Buy. Flip. Sell.
Purchased as a "flip", this house went from 3 bedrooms to 4 and both of the bathrooms were gutted and rebuilt. The 2nd story was designed to work as a master bedroom or as a semi-detached in-law apartment. Expanding the kitchen and reworking the layout made the kitchen twice as functional. The laundry room was moved to the main floor for ease of use and new roof, skylight, siding, and landscaping tied the outdoor space together.

Decks
From Mahogany to Vinyl and everything in between! Decks can come in all shapes and sizes. Some can be in the air to create an under deck area for covered seating for a table or hot tub. Others can be as close to the ground as possible to make it feel as incorporated with the rest of the yard. Stainless steel cables, custom made wood, vinyl or aluminum the rails are just as customizable as the decks themselves.
